SSRI Stories 8 Zoloft: Oh my GOD I thought I was alone with this strange woman that has taken up residency in my head. She's not a nice woman & brought along all the side effects that others have mentions. Numbness on the whole left side of my body. My tongue feels numb. I have broken out in a rash on my face & hands. This shit should not be allowed to be prescribed to ANYONE! Zoloft 50 mg - 2 months. Starting taking it to smooth out some mood swings. It did help, but at a huge price. Short term memory loss, acne, diarrhea, insomnia, emotional numbness, optic infection, lower abdominal pain, foggy perception, weight loss, sexual dysfunction, tiredness, inability to focus, shaking. I'm done. I started tapering off yesterday and feel tremendously better already although I was a bit spacey feeling yesterday. So far my mood is good. I'm glad I found this site.
