SSRI Stories page 15 I've been taking lexapro for a couple of months now. I must say that my depression is not really any better. I feel extremely agitated and have reacted to circumstances around me quite differently than i would have before. I kind of feel very upset, more so angry all the time. Since my hysterectomy I've gained a lot of weight and was given lexapro to help me cope with everything...My honest opinion about this drug is that I'm very unsure about it. Thank you all for your experiences with Lexapro. I'm sorry for everything everyone is going through and just so you know, I pretty much have the same side effects. First thing in the morning I will be calling my doctor!!!! Thank you all. This drug should be banned. I have have extremely severe Gastro-intestinal problems since using Lexapro for depression. PAIN bloating -you name it. I would rather have the depression that battle the side effects. I just started lexapro two days ago and i feel worse. i can't sleep and my thoughts are deeper. i love life but with this pill, i can't seem to think about it much. i want to thank this web site because i thought it was all in my head. i am stopping RIGHT NOW!!!
