Support Senate Bill 1390, The Child Medication Safety Act and Prohibit the Forced Drugging of Our Children!

In May 2003 we told you when the House of Representatives passed bill number H.R. 1170, known as the Child Medication Safety Act of 2003, which would make it mandatory for all states to develop and implement policies prohibiting school personnel from requiring a child to obtain a prescription for ADHD medications. The bill passed by a landslide vote of 425 to 1.

But that was only the first step. It's now the Senate's turn to do their job, pass this extremely important pice of legislation, and protect our children - the future of America.

Please review the earlier article and contact your Senators right away. Let them know this is a vital Bill that must go through. This is no time to sit on our hands - you can bet psychiatry won't let this one go without a fight!
