Studies conducted by the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service reveal insight into school shootings.

School Shootings

Secret Service Report

What can be done?

With the latest shooting in Minnesota it is very apparent that removing a child from a school is not the answer.

It is also apparent that prescribing psychiatric medication is not the answer based on other school shootings.

We can assemble several others facts that would also rule out their effectiveness.

What are we left with?

When did this type of occurrence first begin to take place? What was happening just before the shootings?

What happened just before our educational system in America took it's nose dive?

I find it difficult to believe our children just naturally began to be stupid in the 1950's when test scores began to drop for elementary and high school students.

I find it difficult to believe the high percentages of our population now have depression and anxiety that was just undetected for years.

How could the solution be missed for school shootings? How could the cause be missed?

If a person gets the flu, just before showing the flu symptoms the person came in contact with the virus.

When you get a flat tire, something happened just before the tire went flat.

When we have a drop in test scores and a higher depression and anxiety rate, something happened just before.

Press Release

School Violence; What is being hidden from us?
By: Jim Harper jim@prozactruth.com

March 23, 2001-The rampage of school shootings (El Cajon) is not ending. March 22, 2001 another 18-year-old student attacks fellow classmates and a school police officer. Early reports indicate this young man was upset at the vice principal because he was not going to have enough school credits to graduate this year.

It has also just been reported the shooter had gone through “anger management” for an earlier altercation at the school.

Earlier explanations and reasoning for this type conduct has been pointed toward, parent’s lack of control, the lack of personal values by the students, video games and violence on TV. Nothing has come from all of this high-powered thinking.

The United States Secret Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation have conducted their own assessment of school shootings. The reports were compiled in October and September of 2000, respectively.

What conclusions did the reports come up with? The Secret Service “National Threat Assessment Center” came up with the most conclusive findings. The FBI report is 39 pages longer and does not give any meaningful information.

The Secret Service document states, “Prior to the incident, nearly ¾ of the attackers either threatened to kill themselves, made suicidal gestures, or tried to kill themselves. More than half of the attackers had a history of feeling extremely depressed or desperate.”

So what is being overlooked here? Students are prescribed Ritalin, Prozac and other psychiatric medication simply because they can’t remain still in the classroom. Does it not stand to reason that odds favor the idea that these students were also under the influence of some psychiatric medication?

One additional statistic that just does not fit well with all of this. Recent statistics show that school violence is down. How can this be, when we have a huge increase of random killings? Could it be because a higher and higher percentage of students are being medicated with psychiatric drugs and are simply in a dazed stupor?

With the children committing these crimes being mostly minors and these psychiatric drugs being legal, it is difficult at best to get this seemingly hidden information.
