Body as a Whole: Abnormal laboratory value, abscess (a localized collection of pus in a cavity formed by the disintegration of tissues), adrenergic syndrome (activated or transmitted by epinephrine: a term applied to those nerve fibers that liberate sympathin at a synapse when a nerve impulse passes), cellutitis, chills and fever, cyst, hernia, intentional overdose, neck rigidity, pelvic pain, peritonitis (inflammation of the abdominal pelvic walls, it is attended by abdominal pains and tenderness), substernal chest pain (chest pain coming from beneath the sternum), ulcer. Cardiovascular: Angina, pectoris (disease of or in the chest), arrhythmia (absence of rhythm in the heart), atrial arrhythmia (absence of rhythm in a chamber of the heart), atrial fibrillation, bundle branch block (blockage or bundling of fibers in the heart), cerebral ischemia (deficiency of blood in a part, due to functional constriction or actual obstruction of blood vessel in the brain), cerebrovascular accident (accident pertaining to the blood vessels in the brain), congestive heart failure, extrasystoles (a premature contraction of the heart which is dependant of the normal rhythm and arises in response to an impulse in some part of the heart other than the sinoauricular node), low cardiac output, myocardial infarct, myocardial ischemia (deficiency of blood in a part, due to functional constriction or actual obstruction of blood vessel in the heart) , pallor (absence of skin coloration), phlebitis (inflammation of the veins), pulmonary embolus (a clot or other plug brought by the blood from another vessel and forced into a smaller one so as to obstruct the circulation in the lungs), supraventricular extrasystoles (a premature contraction of the lungs which is dependant of the normal rhythm and arises in response to an impulse in some part of the lungs), thrombosis (the formation of a blood clot), varicose vein, vascular headache. Dermatological: Angioedema (presence of abnormal amounts of fluid in the veins), contact dermatitis, erythema nodosum (a redness of the skin produced by congestion of the capillaries which may include nodes or projections), herpes zoster (skin disease charactized by the formation of small vesicles in clusters pertaining to the inner ear drum), maculopapular rash (rash with lesions), photosensitivity, skin discoloration, skin ulcer. Endocrine: Diabetes mellitus (a metabolic disorder in which the ability to oxidize carbohydrates is more or less completely lost, usually due to faulty pancreatic activity), hyperthyroidism (excessive functional activity of the thyroid gland), hypothyroidism (deficiency of thyroid activity or the condition resulting therefrom), thyroiditis (inflammation of the thyroid). Gastrointestinal: Aphthous stomatitis (stomach ulcer), bloody diarrhea, bulimia, colitis (inflammation of the colon), duodenitis (inflammation of the small intestine), esophagitis (inflammation of the esophagus), fecal impaction, fecal incontinence, gastritis, gingivitis, hematemesis (the vomiting of blood), hepatitis, ileus (obstruction of the intestines), jaundice, melena (the passage of dark, pitchy, and grumous stools stained with blood pigments or with altered blood), peptic ulcer. Hematologic and Lymphatic: Eosinophilia (the formation and accumulation of abnormally large number of cells in the blood), iron deficiency anemia, leukocytosis (increase in the number of leukocytes in the blood), lymphedema (swelling of subcutaneous tissues due to the presence of excessive lymph fluid), lymphocytosis (excess of normal lymphocytes in the blood or in any effusion), microcytic (making a cell smaller than it should be), anemia, monocytosis (increase in the proportion of monocytes in the blood), normocytic anemia (blood cell that has anemia). Metabolic and Nutritional: Alkaline phosphatase increased, bilirubinemia (a red bile pigment that has made its way into the blood system), dehydration, gout, hypercholesteremia (excessive chlorides in the body), hypocalcemia (reduction in the blood calcium below normal), hypoglycemia, hypokalemia (abnormally low potassium content of the blood), hyponatremia (deficiency of sodium of the blood), obesity, AST (SGOT) increased (serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase), ALT SGPT increased (serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase). Musculoskeletal: Arthrosis (a disease in a joint), bursitis, cartilage disorder, myositis (inflammation of a voluntary muscle), osteoporosis, tetany (a syndrome manifested by sharp flexion of the wrist and ankle joints). Nervous System: Abnormal EEG, abnormal gait, antisocial reaction, choreoathetosis (condition of ceaseless and rapid movement), circumoral paresthesia (a morbid or perverted sensation, an abnormal sensation, as burning, prickling, around the mouth), delirium, delusions, diplopia (the perception of two images of a single object), drug dependence, dysarthria (imperfect articulation in speech), dyskinesia (impairment of the power of voluntary movement, resulting in fragmentary or incomplete movements) , dystonia (disordered tonicity of muscle), euphoria, fasciculations (a small local contraction of muscles), grand reaction, meningitis, myelitis (inflammation of the bone marrow), neuralgia (pain which extends along one or more nerves), neuropathy (disturbances and/or pathological changes in the peripheral nervous system), nystagmus (an involuntary rapid movement of the eyeball, which may be horizontal, vertical, rotatory, or mixed i.e. two varieties), psychosis, psychotic depression, reflexes increased, stupor, withdrawal syndrome. Respiratory: Hiccup, lung fibrosis, sputum increased, voice alteration.
